  • potatoes - 3.3 lb (1.5 kg)
  • dill - 1 sprig
  • garlic - 6 cloves
  • salt

How to make

Peel and wash the potatoes. Put them in a saucepan with water to boil. The water should cover the potatoes.

Potatoes can be cut in half to cook faster. They should not be cooked until fully cooked, because they will be fried after. Peel the garlic and cut it into rounds.

The dill is washed and finely chopped. Once the potatoes are almost ready, strain the water.

Cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes. It is good to divide the quantity into two parts. Put more oil in a pan to heat. Add one part of the potatoes.

When the sauteed potatoes are almost done, add half the garlic and dill. Cook until golden brown. Salted. The same is repeated with the other part of the potatoes.
