How to make
Soak the potatoes for about 30 min. in cool water, then rinse them well. Leave them whole or cut them coarsely if the potatoes are too large.
Put them in a glass cook pot. Pour on the broth, season to taste and add the olive oil (which you can substitute with 1/5 cup (60 g) butter). Cover the dish. Make sure that it's not wet on the outside and put it in a preheated 370°F (190 °C) oven.
Bake the potatoes for about 25 min. Take them out and check to see if they've sauteed well. If needed, pour in a little more water or broth and saute another 15 min.
Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped fresh dill. You can also add chopped garlic for a richer taste.
