How to make
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into pieces. Put them in a saucepan of water and cook for 5 minutes. Remove and drain well.
Melt the butter in a pan. Add the potatoes.
Fry until golden, adding salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and rosemary five minutes before removing.
Serve in a suitable dish while warm.
