How to make
Heat oil in a pan. Crack the eggs into the pan and use a spoon to pour hot oil over them until they turn into poached eggs.
Add a pinch of salt and paprika. Remove them from the heat so that they do not burn because they will have a bitter taste.
Pour the yoghurt into a plate, add one clove of crushed garlic and a little salt. Two eggs are placed on top.
Drizzle them with 2 tablespoons of the salt and paprika and serve them.
