Ingredients

  • green beans - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • tomato puree - 3 tbsp.
  • dill
  • salt
  • olive oil

How to make

Finely chop the green beans, onions and carrots. Put them in a suitable pot with 4-5 tbsp. olive oil in which you will stew the onions and carrots.

Once they soften, add the green beans and add more water.

Put the whole cloves of garlic and paprika and let the dish simmer on low heat.

When the beans soften, add salt and tomato puree. Boil the dish for another 5-6 minutes and sprinkle it with chopped dill.
