  • cauliflower - 1/2 head
  • cream - 7 fl oz (200 ml)
  • smoked bacon - 3.5 oz (100 g) finely chopped
  • yellow cheese - 1.75 oz (50 g) grated
  • blue cheese - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • butter - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Wash and cut the cauliflower into small pieces.

Boil it for a short while in a pot full of water. Strain the cauliflower and pour it into a baking pan.

Melt the butter in a pan and fry the bacon. Set it aside on a plate. Put the cream and blue cheese in the same fat.

Wait for the mixture to boil and pour it over the cauliflower. Sprinkle it with yellow cheese and bacon.

Bake at 390°F (200°C) until it forms a nice golden crust.
