"Our amazing fried potatoes with leeks are much more tastier and easier to prepare than frittatas"

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • leeks - 2 stalks
  • margarine - 1.75 oz (50 g)
  • black pepper
  • beef sausage - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • eggs - 6 pcs.
  • cream - 4 tbsp. (or fresh milk)
  • paprika - 1 tsp. (optional)
  • salt - 1 pinch
measures

How to make

Boil the potatoes whole in salted water and peel them after that. Cut them into slices and fry them in hot fat. Add the leeks, cut into 0.4″ (1 cm) thick circles and fry for another 5 minutes.

Add the finely chopped sausage along with salt and as much black pepper and paprika as you desire.

Beat the eggs and cream and pour them over the potatoes and leeks.

Put a lid and leave them to cook at a moderate temperature until the eggs are fully cooked - it takes no more than 3-4 minutes.
