How to make
Blend together the rusks and olive oil in a food processor. Spread the mixture into a baking dish for pizza, while applying pressure with your fingers. Boil until the peas, carrot and corn are slightly soft and drain them.
Smear the layer with tomato paste, sprinkle it with Himalayan salt. Distribute the sliced carrot, corn, peas, chopped red pepper, mushrooms and olives on top.
Sprinkle drops of olive oil, oregano, basil and Himalayan salt. Grate cheese on top and place the pizza to bake in a moderate oven until it gets a golden tan.
