Ingredients

  • tofu - about 10 oz (300 g)
  • pepper - 1 small pepper
  • tomato - 1 small tomato
  • olives - a few pitted (optional)
  • spring onions - 1 stalk
  • chili powder - 1 - 2 tsp.
  • paprika - 2 tbsp.
  • salt
  • oil

How to make

Finely chop the pepper and onion. Separately chop the tomatoes. If olives are going to be added, cut them.

Fry the pepper and onion briefly in hot oil. Then add the crumbled tofu and olives (if you're adding any).

Add the spices and the tomato and continue stirring.
