Ingredients

  • onions - 1 - 2 heads
  • eggs - 5 - 6
  • tomato paste - to taste
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • oil - 1 tbsp (15 ml)
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Heat the oil, then fry the onions, add the eggs and salt to taste.

Add the feta cheese, around 5.5 oz (150 g) for 5-6 eggs. Add tomato paste to taste.

Keep in mind that once you add the feta cheese, you need to stir slowly the entire time until the eggs are fully ready, it will take 4-5 minutes.
