Put the split into florets cauliflower to boil for 10-odd minutes with vinegar and salt, then drain it well for 10-odd minutes. Combine the flour with spices and baking soda.
Beat the eggs well with the milk. Add it to the flour and beat with a whisk to a smooth paste. Add the grated cheese and mix again. Heat oil in a deep pan. Every cauliflower floret is dipped in crumbing and fried until golden.
The crumbed cauliflower is drained on a cooking grid with paper towels underneath. Serve the cauliflower, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
