How to make
Put the washed cauliflower florets to boil for 5 minutes. Then let them cool down. Beat the eggs and add the flour, paprika, black pepper, curry and garlic powder to them.
Add a little water and beat into a thick mixture. Dip each cauliflower floret in this crumbing and put them to fry to a nice brown tan.
Drain the finished crumbed cauliflower on paper towels. Serve with a side salad of your choice.
