Ingredients

  • fish - 6.5 oz (180 g)
  • butter - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • breadcrumbs - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • flour - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • potatoes - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • pickles - 2 oz (60 g)
  • eggs - 1

How to cook

Thoroughly clean the fish, and about an hour before you put it in batter, add salt. In a separate container, make the batter from the breadcrumbs, flour and egg.

Dip the fish in flour, then in egg, breadcrumbs and in the egg again. Fry in preheated oil. Serve warm with an appropriate garnish.
