How to make
Put the dried tomatoes in hot water for 20 minutes to soften and hydrate.
Strain them well from the water and place them in a deep bowl and add all the other products to them.
Blend until you have a smooth mixture and if you think it's necessary, add more spices and salt by taste.
Serve the pate on toasted slices (you can add pieces of cheese on top) or in the company of pasta.
