How to make
Pour a jar of salad beans into deep bowl.
Season with salt, cayenne pepper and smoked paprika. Finely chop the spring onion and fresh garlic and add them to the bowl with the beans.
Finely chop the parsley and spearmint. Add the dried tomatoes in olive oil, finely chopped.
Season the salad with olive oil from the dried tomatoes. Add a tablespoon of wine vinegar and salt.
Mix and serve the bean salad garnished with whole stalks on spring onions.
