Ingredients

  • pork - 26.5 oz (750 g) lean
  • onions - 6 - 7 heads
  • tomatoes - 5 - 6
  • chili peppers - 2, red, hot
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • red wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • lard - 1 tablespoon
  • savory
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Fry the chopped pieces of meat lightly in oil, then add the finely chopped onion and peeled and finely chopped ripe tomatoes.

Put a lid on the dish and sauté until soft, occasionally shaking the pot with both hands. Add the wine, chopped chili peppers, paprika, savory and salt to taste.
