- powdered sugar - 3 tbsp.
- salt - 1/4 tsp.
- milk - 1/2 cup
- eggs - 1 pc.
- oil - for frying
- chocolate spread - topping

Mix the flour, along with the powdered sugar and salt. Add the egg and milk and beat them until you have a smooth mixture.
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the crepes and you can grease each one with a little butter to make sure they stay soft.
Serve them with a chocolate spread.
