How to make
Dissolve the yeast in the warm water with the sugar and leave it to become effervescent.
Beat the eggs with the salt, heated milk and carbonated water at room temperature.
Add the yeast to the mixture and whip, while gradually adding flour until you get a thick mixture.
Leave the mixture in a warm area for 30 min. to rise and for bubbles to form.
Heat a saucepan, smear it with a little butter and put mixture in it, distributing it along the bottom. Fry on both sides until golden.
Smear each pancake with butter and smear it with jam or chocolate when serving.
