How to make
Cut the cabbage into thin strips, the onions into slices; the celery and turnips are peeled and grated. Boil the eggs until hard, peel them and mix the yolks with the mayonnaise.
Boil the beans in salted water and drain them. Mix all the vegetables and salt them. Add mayonnaise and stir the mixture well.
Sprinkle the salad on top with the mixture of yolks and decorate with olives the filled with mayonnaise egg whites.
