How to make
Cut the cleaned, washed and dried chicken into portions and debone it. Cut the meat, so as to obtain small bites. Sauté them in some of the oil and a little water with the crushed garlic, black pepper and a little salt.
After 10 minutes, add the finely chopped onion and mushrooms. After a little while, top it up with the wine and continue sautéeing on a medium stove until the meat is completely done. Serve the Thracian chicken stew with crushed parsley.
You can also use whole pieces of chicken without deboning.
