  • olive oil - 6 tbsp.
  • potatoes - 2 cups (diced)
  • onion - 2 cups (chopped)
  • peppers - 1 cup (chopped)
  • garlic - 6 cloves
  • tomatoes - 0.9 lb (400 g) blended
  • olives - 20 pcs.
  • lemon peel - 1/2 lemon (finely chopped)
  • dry white wine - 1 cup
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • capers - 1 tbsp. (salty)
  • rosemary - 1 tbsp.
  • basil - 1 tbsp.
  • bay leaf - 1 pc.

How to make

In a pressure cooker, stew the onion, pepper, garlic, capers and spices briefly in olive, until the flavors mix well.

Add the chicken, potatoes, olives, paprika, lemon peel, tomatoes and wine.

Season the stew with salt.
