"A chicken stew with a wine sauce and aromatic spices. A dish we`re sharing with you in the hopes that you share it with your loved ones."

Ingredients

  • chicken - 1 whole
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • onions - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • flour - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 6 seeds
  • garlic - 10 cloves
  • tomatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • red wine - 1/5 cup (60 ml)
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Portion the chicken or cut it into pieces, add salt and place it in a pot.

Separately, saute the finely chopped onions in the oil and a little water. Add flour, stir to stew with it and add the chopped tomatoes and garlic. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pour it over the pieces of chicken.

Pour the wine and 1 cup hot water into the pot. Bring to a boil over low heat until ready.
