Boil the chicken thigh, strain it and chop it into pieces. Heat oil, stew the finely chopped onions, spring onions, carrots, red peppers and green beans with a little water.
Once they are stewed, add the chicken pieces, add the grated tomato, paprika and pour enough warm water to cover the products.
Season the chicken stew with sea salt, black pepper and savory herb. Cook until the vegetables are ready and sprinkle them with parsley at the end.
If necessary, you can thicken the delicious stew by mixing a teaspoon of corn flour with a little water, pour it into the stew and let it simmer just for a bit and it is done.
