How to make

Zucchini is washed and cut into cubes, carrot is peeled and cut into circles, tomato and onion are finely chopped.

Heat oil in a saucepan and fry the chopped onion, carrot and zucchini until soft.

Add washed and drained rice, stir until slightly transparent. Pour in the chopped tomato and paprika, mix well.

Pour a little water to cover the ingredients. It is boiled until the rice is ready, at the end we sprinkle salt to taste and serve the zucchini stew with chopped parsley.
