Ingredients

  • cabbages - 1 fresh cabbage, about 14 oz (400 g)
  • corn - 1 small can
  • mayonnaise - 1 pack of 1 cup (250 g)
  • tomatoes - 5 - 7
  • lemons - 1
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic - powdered
measures

How to make

Cut cabbage as you would for a salad. Place the cabbage, corn (drained from the can), lemon juice and mayonnaise a deep bowl.

Add the salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Stir and allow to sit for one hour.

Carve the insides out of the tomatoes and fill them with the salad. Decorate in a plate with some vegetables.
