How to make
Clean the corn, soak it for 10 minutes in cold water. Bake on greased grill. Trim off the top 1/3 of the tomatoes. Carefully carve the inside out.
Pour it into a bowl. Add the onion to the insides of the tomatoes, along with 2/3 of the cheese, salt and pepper, vinegar and mix well.
Fill the tomatoes with this stuffing. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and serve.
