Ingredients

  • flour - 1/2 cup
  • eggs - 1
  • milk - 1 cup
  • orange juice - 1 tsp
  • oil - 1 tsp
  • butter - for frying
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • oranges - 1/2 an orange’s juice
  • powdered sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • liqueur - 3 tablespoons cointreau
  • lemon juice

How to make

Mix the flour, egg, 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp of orange juice, oil and salt thoroughly and let them sit for half an hour. Make pancakes from the dough, then fry them in butter.

Fold the pancakes into quarters, put them in a suitable container and cover with a towel.

Mix the orange and lemon juices together with the sugar, pour them over the pancakes, then pour in the heated liqueur and ignite it (flambé).
