How to make
Place the cleaned and sliced melon, pepper, cucumber, onion and garlic in the blender bowl. Let everything blend until smooth.
Season with salt and vinegar to taste and cool.
Pour into bowls or cups this fragrant summer cold soup and sprinkle with olive oil.
This cold soup can also be called Melon Gazpacho.
The Spaniards serve it with jamon cubes. For them, the combination of melon and jamon is wonderful and common.
