How to make
Prepare two glasses.
The green pepper is cleaned, then blended in a blender and poured into the cups. Peel the tomatoes and they are blended along with the onion and then the mixture is poured at the edge at one end of the cups so that it does not mix with the pepper (two teaspoons of the tomatoes are left for decoration).
The cucumber is washed and then blended along with coriander and with the help of a spoon they are poured on top of the pepper and the tomatoes.
Put the leftover tomatoes (puree) on top of the gazpacho and sprinkle spices on top according to your taste.
