Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  • peppers - 2 red + 1 green + 1 yellow
  • red onions - 1 onion
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • tomato juice - 14 fl oz (410 ml)
  • wine vinegar - 2 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • tabasco sauce - 2 tsp.
  • avocado - 1
  • coriander - ¼ tsp. fresh

How to make

Blend the tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, garlic, tomato juice, vinegar, olive oil and Tabasco until smooth. Pour into a jug and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Then stir the soup and season to taste.

Serve the gazpacho soup sprinkled with the other products and a little more tabasco sauce if desired.
