- green tomatoes - 1.1 lb (500 g)
- cucumbers - 1
- peppers - 1 (green)
- celery - 1 stalk
- onion - 1 stalk (spring)
- hot peppers - 1 (green)
- white wine - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
- garlic - 1 clove
- lemon juice - 3 tbsp.
- olive oil - 2 tbsp.
- water - 2 1/2 cups (500 ml)
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- salt

Mash the garlic; the remaining ingredients should be finely chopped.
All ingredients are mixed and pureed with a blender.
The gazpacho is served cold and sprinkled with croutons.
