Ingredients

  • green tomatoes - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • cucumbers - 1
  • peppers - 1 (green)
  • celery - 1 stalk
  • onion - 1 stalk (spring)
  • hot peppers - 1 (green)
  • white wine - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • lemon juice - 3 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • water - 2 1/2 cups (500 ml)
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp.

How to make

Mash the garlic; the remaining ingredients should be finely chopped.

All ingredients are mixed and pureed with a blender.

The gazpacho is served cold and sprinkled with croutons.
