How to make
Chop the spinach leaves, chop the cucumber and remove the seeds from the peppers. Add a little water, lime and lemon juice, olive oil and salt and puree until smooth.
To prepare the dressing, finely chop the green onions, mint, parsley and hot pepper. Mix them in a bowl and season with olive oil and salt.
Serve the gazpacho garnished with the spicy green dressing.
