How to make
Heat the grill or barbecue. Remove the sardine heads. Then rinse the fish in water and dry them with kitchen paper.
Grease the sardines with olive oil and sprinkle them with plenty of salt and black pepper.
Then place the fish on the grill or barbecue. They're grilled for 3-4 minutes on each side. Grill them until the skin of the sardines turns brown.
Serve the grilled fish, sprinkled with parsley and garnished with lemon slices.
