How to make
Pour the canned beans into a wide deep dish, draining the juice/marinade.
Add half an avocado, which we carve with a tablespoon.
Then add, still warm, 1 peeled hard-boiled egg.
Mash with a fork (for a smoother and finer texture of guacamole, maybe grind them).
Add the butter and season with ½ tsp Himalayan salt - to taste and 1 pinch of black pepper.
Stir again with light mashing.
Ready!
We serve the tender-tasting bean guacamole with your favourite salty biscuits, homemade bread or Arabic flat bread!
It can also be spread on wholemeal slices or rusks - picnic sandwiches!
