  • white beans - 1 and 1/2 cup
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • red peppers - 1 pc.
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • garlic cloves - 10 pcs.
  • hot peppers - 1 pc.
  • paprika
  • mint
  • salt

How to make

Put the cut in half ribs in the clay pot and add the beans, that you have soaked the night before and the diced carrots.

Cover the products with water, cover the clay pot with its lid and cook the dish over medium heat until the beans are soft. Add the finely chopped onion, pepper, peeled tomatoes and garlic and add the hot pepper.
