  • dijon mustard - 1/2 tsp.
  • lime - 1 tbsp. juice (or to taste)

measures

How to make

The eggs are boiled for about 8-10 minutes. They must be firmly cooked.

The avocado is mashed with a fork but also leave some visible pieces. Add chopped garlic, cream, lemon juice and chopped jalapeno pepper.

If the pepper is too hot, and it usually is, cut lengthwise, remove its veins and seeds, and then chop. That way there will be less spiciness. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper. Mix.

The eggs are cut into cubes and added, stirring again, only until mixed so as not to break up the pieces. Sprinkle with freshly chopped coriander.

Note: This avocado snack is very spicy and not suitable for children. To get the perfect guacamole it is necessary to add coriander. It has its own aroma and taste, which are irreplaceable, but in the absence of such parsley can be added, but it will not be so fragrant and strong in taste.
