How to make
The eggs are boiled, peeled and cut into small pieces.
Add the crumbled white cheese, mayonnaise, yogurt (preferably thicker) to them.
The salad is mixed, then seasoned with freshly ground black pepper and finely chopped Siberian onion (can be easily replaced with spring onions).
Stir again and leave it to cool.
The egg salad is served in individual bowls or plates with a decoration of your choice.
