"A tasty slice of bread deserves the most delicious guacamole with beans - whoever spreads it, does not think any evil"

Ingredients

  • avocado - 1/2 pc, slightly softened
  • white beans - 5 - 6 tbsp. canned (without marinade)
  • eggs - 1 boiled
  • butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • himalayan salt - 1/2 tsp to taste
  • black pepper - 1 pinch

How to make

Pour the canned beans into a wide deep dish, draining the juice/marinade.

Add half an avocado, which we carve with a tablespoon.

Then add, still warm, 1 peeled hard-boiled egg.

Mash with a fork (for a smoother and finer texture of guacamole, maybe grind them).

Add the butter and season with ½ tsp Himalayan salt - to taste and 1 pinch of black pepper.

Stir again with light mashing.

Ready!

We serve the tender-tasting bean guacamole with your favourite salty biscuits, homemade bread or Arabic flat bread!

It can also be spread on wholemeal slices or rusks - picnic sandwiches!
