It is advisable to start preparing the other products while the burgers are grilling. First, you need to prepare the onion, because it needs to be lightly blanched in 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. After the onion is blanched, take it out in a small bowl and salt it.
The buns are cut in half and left open. Put a little ketchup, a little onion, a slice of cheese and 2-3 slices of pickles on each half.
