How to make
Grind the chicken and flavour it with the other spices and ingredients. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes. Then divide it into 2-4 parts (depending on how many cheeseburgers you want to prepare and how thick you want the patty).
Roll a ball of minced meat with greased hands and put it between two sheets of parchment paper. Carefully roll out a flat patty using a rolling pin or bottle. Put the patties on a grill or plate. Then put a slice of cheddar cheese on each meatball and place it to get heated in the oven or party grill, long enough to melt.
Halve the buns and apply a thin film of butter on them. Put them on the grill for a short while. Put lettuce on the bottom piece of bread, a slice of tomato, a chicken meatball, onion rings, tomato again and squeeze it down with the top bun.
