How to make
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the onion and cook, until it becomes transparent. Add the minced meat and stir, until it is fully cooked.
Season with the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, bacon, salt, black pepper, garlic, onion and mix everything well. Leave it to simmer for about 5 minutes.
Place one tortilla onto baking paper, spread the minced meat on top and grate the cheddar cheese.
Place another tortilla on top and spread it with oil. Bake the quesadillas in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) for 10 minutes, until the cheese melts.
