Ingredients

  • vermicelli noodles - 1 cup
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • vinegar - 2 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • corn - 9 oz (250 g)
  • crab sticks - 1 pack (200 g)
  • leeks - 2 stalks
  • vegetable broth - 2 cubes

How to make

Cut the leeks into pieces, the crab rolls into circles.

Pour cold water over the leeks and add the broth cubes to it. Bring it to a boil and then add the sliced crab sticks.

Add the corn and the vermicelli noodles and let it boil for another 5-7 minutes, adding the pre-dissolved flour in 3-4 tablespoons of water.

Then add the vinegar and water and boil everything together until it's fully cooked.
