Cut the crab rolls into small pieces.
Peel the garlic and finely chop the cloves.
Heat the oil in a deep pan. Add the garlic and stir. After that, add the crab bits and the amount of salt and black pepper you desire and stir. Add the wine and oregano.
You can add green spices of your choice. Allow it to cook until the wine has evaporated and add the milk.
In a bowl, dissolve the flour so that it does not form lumps and add it to the crabs.
