How to make
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, cooking cream, mayonnaise, finely chopped spring onions, garlic, salt, cumin and as much black pepper as you like and stir, until all ingredients are well mixed.
Finally, add the defrosted and finely chopped crab sticks and gently mix the whole mixture. Leave it to cool for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
Using a lightly greased mold, pour it into serving plates and carefully remove the mold.
Serve the crab stick salad garnished with fresh spring onion leaves, crab sticks (ellipses) and chopped spring onions.
The crab stick salad with mayonnaise is very tasty.
