How to make
We beat the egg whites into a fluffy mixture.
In another bowl, mix the flour with the yeast, add salt and beer.
Add the egg white mixture to them and mix carefully.
Put a frying pan with oil on the stove and wait for it to heat up.
Dip each shrimp in the dough and fry until golden.
Drain on a kitchen roll and serve warm, garnished with a slice of lemon.
