Wash the shrimp. Chop the garlic. Put the shrimp, garlic, bay leaf, allspice and salt in a large pan and add the beer.
Stew on a slow fire for 10 minutes, until the shrimp turns red. When ready, take them out with a slotted spoon and add the squeezed out lemon juice.
Sprinkle it with plenty of finely chopped dill.
