For this hummus with dried tomatoes, one tin of chickpeas needs to be strained.
Pour the chickpeas into the blender and add salt, black pepper, cumin, a little lemon juice, a pinch of paprika, a clove of garlic and oil (or olive oil).
Everything is blended until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Then cut the jarred dried tomatoes and mix them in with the hummus.
