Peel the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes in salted water. Then drain them well.
Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt and mix them with the eggs and beer. Leave this mixture in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Heat the oil in a pan, dip each shrimp first in the pmixture and then in the breadcrumbs.
You can fry them and also just dipped in the egg mixture without breadcrumbs, but those who likes more crispiness, will use breadcrumbs.
Serve this beer appetizer with lemon or yogurt garlic sauce.
