"Healthy protein sweet truffles, that are prepared in no time!"

Ingredients

  • banana - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • walnuts - 1.8 oz (50 g) + another 2 - 3 tbsp
  • dates - 10 pcs. (pitted)
  • cocoa - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • peanut butter - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • biscuits - crumbled to roll the sweets in them

How to make

The bananas are blended along with the walnuts.

The dates, cocoa and peanut butter are then added to them and blended all together until all the products are well blended.

Finally, add another 2-3 tablespoons of crushed walnuts to the finished mixture and mix everything with a spoon.

Grab a bit of the mixture and form the truffles by hand.

The truffles are then rolled into the crumbled biscuits.

The Quick Protein Truffles can be consumed immediately or they can be stored in the refrigerator for a while.
