Once you cut the pork ribs in two, sprinkle them well with spices to taste. Melt the honey briefly over low heat and mix the tomato paste, soy sauce, pressed garlic with a little salt, black pepper and oil into it.
Rub the ribs well with the prepared marinade and cover the container in which you will put them in with aluminum foil. Leave them in the fridge for 2 hours. Then heat the grill or barbecue. Put aluminum foil on top and grease it with oil.
Put the Texas-Style Ribs to grill for 30-40 minutes, while brushing them with the marinade.
